$17 slaying suspect could face death penalty

George Huggins Jr., 24, and his girlfriend of five years, Althea Housley, 33, accosted Jinghong Kang, 45, on the 1900 block of Webster Street the night of July 18, said Tom Rogers, Alameda County's chief deputy district attorney.
